Delivery times are not guaranteed by World Lux or its carriers. Weather, seasonal package volumes, and other factors can all affect actual times vs. the estimates below. All orders over $400 and all shipments sent to apartment addresses require a signature.

Corporate Orders are not subject to "free shipping" as consumer orders are.
* For Saturday delivery, you must choose Saturday Overnight. Saturday delivery has no time specification (e.g. 'by 10am'), and is not available on holidays
or to certain rural areas. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed by World Lux or its carriers, so shipping costs will not be reimbursed. There is no refund if delivery is late.
If you are not a resident of Washington State, there
is no sales tax applied to your order. World Lux merchandise,
service and shipping charges are all you will see on
your invoice. Orders delivered to Washington residents
will include 9% sales tax.

recipient. We offer gift-enclosure cards and gift wrap
for $3.95. Information you provide to us for the card's
message is used only for that purpose. An invoice is not included with gift shipments.

We ask that all returns be made within 14 days of delivery
date. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and include
all original packaging and literature. Please use insurance as applicable as we will only refund if we receive the item back. Loss in transit will be between you and your carrier. We will gladly
give you a credit, exchange or refund, less shipping
charges (if the item was shipped with "free
shipping" you will be charged a $6.75 shipping
fee). If you receive a defective item, we will
reimburse you for return shipping costs up to $6.75.

Any merchandise that was purchased new/unused and then used, including
fountain pens that have been inked or watches that have
been worn or altered with re-sized bands/bracelets. While used merchandise is NOT accepted for return, in certain cases at our option, we may accept merchandise and deduct a 25% restock fee for refurbishing/refinishing costs.
